PAUL WINTER'S 10TH SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION, Cathedral of St. John the Divine, 1047 Amsterdam Avenue, at 112th Street, Morningside Heights. "Chocolate," an exhibition on the history, cultivation and popularity of the cocoa seed, with weekend samplings and other activities, through Sept. 7.
